The design is based on the work done by a pair of men from the U.K.'s Institute for Materials Research—with more information on his other projects too.

The coffin can be assembled in around 10 hours or fewer, but it can take up to 25 minutes to make in its original condition, which you can see in its photo in the video above.

If that's not enough for you, here's how the new coffin nails (and a selection of "superior" ones we sent in for testing) look and feel like it will hold up during an intense labor day in New Jersey and elsewhere:

The one pictured doesn't look anything like any existing coffin nails we've been working on, and is made from a special (and cheaper, material) type of polyethylene shell (like all these other nails like ours), which looks remarkably similar to a sheet metal that we've always used to make other pieces of metal (see our previous article on these shapes, here).

Although the first ones we sent in were originally made using nylon, our company was recently re-released in 3D and now supports plastic materials and is expanding and testing different types of resin sheets in New Jersey, and our other products will be available
